This house is a wonderful, little, modern shoebox located near the top of First Mountain with wonderful views of the Valley below.

While the exterior of the house has always been well developed the interior was crowded with small rooms that didn’t take full advantage of the views from the back of the house.

A complete reorganization of the top floor relocated the internal stair to the front of the house allowing both the Living Room and Dining Room to be adjacent to the bank of large sliding glass doors that comprise the rear wall of the house. The open floor plan was completed through removal of the wall that surrounded the small galley kitchen and renovation of the kitchen itself. The lower level, though unchanged in layout was completed renovated.
