Our Process

While the line from project inception to completion is fairly straight forward it includes a lot of components and there are points where decisions need to be made and occasionally where decisions are in the hands of others, such as a Zoning Board. 

The process we follow is set up to ensure that major decisions are made early on when the cost of making changes is negligible.  We have found that by following this process we can virtually eliminate the additional costs associated with major changes late in the design phase when they are most expensive.
